The Process

From booking to resolution.

Pre-Mediation Preparation

Submit your case summary and relevant materials. Anthony reviews everything before the session — he walks in prepared with a working understanding of the dispute, the key issues, and each party's position.

The Mediation Session

In-person in Miami or virtual via Zoom. Anthony facilitates with both sides, drawing on 15 years of trial experience to give each party a realistic assessment of where they stand. Bilingual sessions available in English and Spanish.

Resolution & Follow-Up

When parties reach agreement, Anthony drafts and executes the settlement agreement during the session. If you're close but not quite there, reasonable post-session follow-up is included at no additional charge.

24+ hours notice — full refund or reschedule at no charge.
